Table Games Dealer Training

Begin a successful and lucrative career in the gaming industry in only twelve weeks of training. Our comprehensive array of table games classes was developed closely with the casinos and is taught by facilitators with extensive casino experience. Dealer training courses are taught in flexible day, evening sessions and new weekend sessions. View the current course offerings.

Before registering, please remember that table games dealing requires a basic level of numeracy skills. You should be comfortable with simple fractions and basic arithmetic functions. This is especially true for Craps.

Experienced Dealer Training

Courses are available in Baccarat, Roulette, Craps, Pai Gow Poker, Pai Gow Tiles, and Poker. Participants must have six (6) months of dealing experience to attend classes. A minimum of five (5) participants is required to schedule a class. All classes will be held at the mock casino located on the third floor of the Fowler Family Southside Center in Bethlehem. Fundamentals of Floor Supervision

Ideal for dealers who are serious about a casino career and have at least six months of table games experience. Courses include:

  • Floor supervisory skills
  • Game protection
  • Management and leadership skills
  • Customer service

Casino Surveillance Training

Are you looking to join one of the fastest growing industries in Pennsylvania, but not interested in becoming a Table Games Dealer? Then our new surveillance agent/operator program is for you. The program is led by an industry leader in casino surveillance with over 20 years of experience and includes:

  • Understanding how surveillance is used to protect both the Casino and patron
  • How to identify patterns of suspicious behavior
  • Interrogating/interviewing
  • Defining and identifying cheating as it relates to all casino gaming

ESL Basic Spoken English for the Casino Industry

Highly customized training, developed specifically for the casino industry, addresses the participant's ability to understand and confidently interact with guests and communicate effectively with casino mangement. Course includes intensive ESL activities including conversation, group learning and role play. 21 hours.

Dislocated Workers

  • Must be a resident of Lehigh/Northampton Counties
  • Eligible to collect Unemployment
  • OR Working Part-time, not earning 80% of their original salary

Adult Students

  • Gross Family Income must be at or below the poverty level ($13K/26 week average)
  • Must receive Public Assistance/Food Stamps
  • OR Have a documentable disability
