Beth Streeter's love affair with food started very early, making cookies with her mother's leftover pie dough at the age of four. For Beth, food brings people together, nourishes the soul and the body, and is an expression of love. She studied under some wonderful chefs at The Candlelight Inn, and other fine restaurants in southern New Jersey.
She started teaching both adults and children at NCC in the Summer of 2012. As an instructor, she always encourages her students to go home and make the dish they learned their own. She holds several blue ribbons from popular recipe websites for her original dishes, and she also owns her own business - Beth's Chefs 2 U, which provides personal instruction, and gourmet cooking parties.
