Two NCC students took home ADDY awards this year from the Greater Lehigh Valley chapter of the American Advertising Federation.

Author, poet, essayist, and Moravian College professor Joyce Hinnefeld at a reading from her novel "In Hovering Flight" at Northampton Community College on April 10.  The recording she played captured the delicate, melodious warbling of a wood thrush.  

Although he passed away in 2007, NCC professor and poet Len Roberts lives on in his poems and the memories of students and professors, who celebrated him on April 6. 

Carol Guzy '77 is the only person to win four Pulitzer Prizes for journalism. She was interviewed on "CBS This Morning" about her work.

Edward Donley, retired CEO of Air Products and friend and supporter of Northampton Community College, died on April 1, 2017.

The annual "Mocktails" event gave NCC Monroe students the opportunity to learn how to make a good impression when mingling and dining with prospective employers or clients on April 4.

Four students at NCC have been named to the All-PA Academic Team by Phi Theta Kappa, the international academic honor society for students at two-year colleges.
