Kristina Mack, ServSafe Instructor
Kristina is a graduate of Central Connecticut State University and holds certifications from Penn State, including Master Food Safety Trainer, Certification Microbiology, HACCP, and HACCP for Processors. She is also certified as a dietary manager, CFPP. Kristina is owner and founder of New Leaf Training and has over 25 years in the hospitality industry. Her experiences include hands-on management of restaurant operations as well as training director and consultant for numerous national and international organizations in the hospitality and health care industry.
John Greenwade, Micro Credentials in Manufacturing
John is a training and development professional with 26 years of experience in manufacturing organizations, from plant level to the international corporate level. A proud retired veteran who served for 26 years in the US Army and National Guard, John holds a master's degree in Education, Training and Development from Penn State, and a master's in Strategic Studies from the US Army War College.
Marie Boland, BSN, RN - Home Health Aide
Marie is an RN with 12 years of experience in home health care. She has been a supervisor for pediatric home care and a cardiac and hospice home care nurse. She saw a need for training and education programs for home health aides in the Lehigh Valley, and sought input from several home health agencies to put together a program in keeping with Pennsylvania regulations.
Kevin Molnar - Computer Training
Kevin has been an instructor at NCC since 1999, when he began teaching web design and Microsoft office applications. These days Kevin teaches computer applications to those looking for workforce training and special diplomas in medical administration. He especially enjoys teaching courses that help students with data-driven decision making.
Ron Miles - Computer Training
Ron began work as a Computer Programmer/System Analyst in 1984, and remained in Information system development and support through 2003. He has degrees in Computer Science and Management Science from County College of Morris and Kean University. He has a Network Administration diploma from Northampton Community College, and attended Stevens Institute of Technology's Master of Science program. Ron has been an adjunct at NCC since 2004.
Justin Jacobs -- Micro-Credentials in Manufacturing
Justin is a business owner, professor, consultant, designer, and creative leader. Starting at NCC's Fab Lab, he quickly grew an affinity for entrepreneurship and creative thinking that led him down an entrepreneurial pathway. He holds a Masters of Engineering in Technical Entrepreneurship from Lehigh University, and has over 5 years of experience in the field of manufacturing, working for top companies such as C.F. Martin & Co. and TechCast.
