The NCC Spartan Card is your official NCC Photo ID.
Your Spartan Card also allows you to take advantage of NCC services with the ease of not carrying cash. Use it to make purchases using your flex dollars in any NCC dining facility, bookstore and selected vending machines. The card is also used for library services and to access residence halls and selected labs. To obtain a Spartan Card, visit one of the following locations:
Bethlehem Campus, VP Student Affairs CC200
Bring a valid photo ID and a copy of you current course schedule.
Current students may obtain a Spartan Card at any time during their registered session.
New students who have been accepted to the college and have registered for classes may obtain a card beginning 2 weeks before their session start. Students attending summer orientation are also given an opportunity to have their picture taken in advance so their card will be ready when they arrive on campus in the Fall.For more information, visit our Flex Account FAQ

All NCC credit program students should select a refund preference in order to receive any type of tuition or financial aid refund as soon as it is available (See Refund Policies).
You have two options to get your refund money faster and easier than ever before:

Electronic Deposit to a BankMobile Vibe Account
How does this happen? New students receive a personal code in the mail which is used to select a refund preference. Use your personal code to complete the one-time login to select your preference.
When will you get your Personal Code? Personal Codes are mailed to new students after their first semester bill is satisfied through payment, financial aid, payment plan or a combination of payment methods.
Before you register for classes make sure your address with NCC is correct! Online address update is available through MyNCC. You can also visit the Bethlehem Campus Records Office or Monroe Campus Enrollment Office or complete and submit the Change of Student Information form. Remember to keep your address information updated with both NCC and at www.RefundSelection.com.
Don't throw your personal code away! Even if you don't expect a refund at this time, select a refund preference of your choice as soon as you get your refund selection kit. Things may change in the future.

How To Order A New Refund Selection Kit or BankMobile Vibe Debit Mastercard
Active Account Holders - If you have an open BankMobile Vibe account, order your card by logging into your account and select "Card Status" from the "User Profile" menu. You can also contact BankMobile Disbursements Customer Care at 1.800.814.9305

Inactive Account Holders - If you have not completed your initial login and selected a refund preference, choose one of the following to order a new Refund Selection Kit:
- Correct mailing address
If your mailing address with NCC is correct contact BankMobile Disbursements Customer Care at 1.800.814.9305
- Wrong mailing address
If your address with NCC is incorrect, please complete the Change of Student Information form and check the box to order a new Refund Selection Kit.
