All applications must be submitted to the Bursar's office with a non-refundable $25.00 application fee for each child. We recommend that families contact the Bethlehem Campus Reibman Hall Center at 610.861.5477 or the Monroe Campus Hannig Center at 570.369.1860 to schedule a tour.
A separate application must be completed for each child. Applications for unborn children and families adopting a child are accepted with a due date and/or anticipated date for care.
You may download all of the necessary forms to apply, or you may visit a Children's Center location to pick up paper copies of the forms.
When an offer of enrollment is accepted, the Scheduling Assistant will call you to schedule an intake appointment. At this time all necessary paperwork will be completed. Children will also have the opportunity to visit their classroom and meet their teachers. All paperwork must be completed before your child's start date.
Admission to the centers is subject to the availability of space. If the days and hours you request for child care are not available, you will be notified with a waitlist letter or email from the Scheduling Assistant. Your information will remain on the waiting list through the current semester in which you applied. In order to remain on the waiting list for subsequent semesters, you must complete a new registration form. Submit your new registration form to the Scheduling Assistant by November 15th for consideration for the spring semester or by April 15th for consideration for summer or fall placement.
