1. If I need access to College systems to work remotely, how do I do this?

Certain systems are available through the internet without special programs or access, such as MyNCC, Blackboard, email, etc. Your supervisor has already identified staff that will need remote access to additional systems such as CARS, Feith, Lifelearn back office, H/N drive, etc. which will require “VPN”, and with VP area input, IT is currently working to provide this.

2. What if I do not have a computer or use of the internet?

Your supervisor identified individuals who need technology and notified IT of this need. IT will contact you when this technology and related information for access is available.

3. Phone/Email

All employees are expected to monitor email/voicemail and be responsive to these.

4. How do I access shared files?

If you have VPN, you can access the N: drive. Microsoft One Drive is also available to share files.

4. How do I get into Webmail?

You can access all Office 365 software programs, your email, and calendar through MyNCC.

5. Will meetings still occur that are scheduled?

They can still occur virtually through Zoom. IT will be sending information out shortly about zoom account setup for those individuals who do not currently have a Zoom account.
