GED Test Center At Fowler Southside Center

Since 1942, the GED Test, or General Educational Development Test, has provided a way for people to earn their secondary school diploma. Formerly administered on paper, the GED Test changed to a computer-based format in January 2014. The test is now administered through the GED Testing Service, a joint venture between Pearson and the American Council on Education (ACE). The test must be taken on a computer at an official testing center.

The 2014 GED Test has four parts: Mathematical Reasoning, Reasoning through Language Arts, Science, and Social Studies. One test at a time can be scheduled.  Candidates need to earn 150 points on each subject to pass the test. Test fees are paid online directly to the GED Testing Service. Candidates may pay for each test as they take it.

The Pearson Vue GED Test Center at Fowler Southside is located in Bethlehem at the NCC Fowler Southside Campus, 511 E. Third Street. To register for the GED Test, candidates should visit MYGEDTM at .
