Beta Beta Chi for the win!

Northampton Community College's (NCC) Beta Beta Chi chapter of Phi Theta Kappa (PTK), the International Honor Society of Two-Year Colleges, received multiple awards at the 2020 Regional Convention which was held virtually on March 27,2020. These awards are based on the chapter initiatives during the 2019 calendar year. The regional awards won are listed below.
For the Beta Beta Chi Chapter:
5 Star Chapter
The chapter has met goals set at the beginning of each calendar year based on the PTK activities and programs in which they participate.
REACH Chapter
At least 15% of eligible students during the 2019 year joined PTK.
Middle State Region Gold Chapter
The chapter has completed 5 Star Chapter Plan and attained REACH goal.
College Project - 23rd in region
Honors in Action - 14th in region
Theme 1 (Honors in Action Project)- 5th place
Distinguished Chapter 13th out of 82 chapters in the Middle States Region
