How did you come up with this name? She has a small brown circle on the top of her head. When we rescued her, my kids decided Penny would be a perfect name for her.
How old is your pet? around 5 - we aren't exactly sure

What is the thing your pet cannot live without? Her daily walk around the neighborhood
Can your pet do tricks? If so, what? Penny can sit, shake, and give high-fives
What is the best trick your pet has taught you? To take time to sit and relax with her
Do you have a nickname for your pet? Penny Whenny, Penny Girl, Pretty Penny
Your pet’s favorite spot to hangout is: On the back of the couch overlooking the front yard. She can bark at anything/anyone that walks by our house.
Favorite toy: Her stuffed candy cane from last Christmas
Does your pet prefer to play with people, or other animals? She enjoys both

Funniest moment you’ve had with your pet: If Penny sees a rabbit or squirrel in the yard, she gets down really low, and tries to creep up on them slowly. She always thinks she can catch them, but fortunately never has.
Additional Comments: We rescued Penny from South Carolina, where she had been found wondering the streets with her brother and sister. We know that she is part Jack Russell, but we would love to know what else she is mixed with.
