Additional comments: Charlie was adopted in May from paws to freedom. She was born with a rare congenital disorder that made it difficult to urinate properly. After seeing a specialist at the University of Pennsylvania, Charlie had a successful surgery. She has been living the best life going to the beach and the lake. Even though Charlie was born with a defect she has defied the odds.
