Northampton Community College Director of Athletics Troy Tucker has released the Spring 2010 Athletic Director's Honor Roll. Twenty-three student-athletes achieved a minimum of a 3.25 GPA during the recently completed semester.
"It is always a pleasure to honor our student-athletes for their accomplishments in the classroom," remarked Tucker, "this group of honorees was especially impressive with five individuals achieving a perfect 4.00 GPA during the spring semester."

Tennis player Ashley Bennett has the distinction of being named the winner of the Academic Excellence Award as the top scholar-athlete at NCC. The NCC tennis team captured the 2010 Pennsylvania Collegiate Athletic Association (PCAA) championship this April.
