Next Steps...
Now that you have selected your Program Major, you are ready to enroll.  Print this page to use as a guide as you move through the enrollment process. All forms you need for successfully completing the process are accessed by clicking on the links on this page.


Step 1
: An application to NCC is required for every new student.  If you attended another college or have a CDA see Credit for Prior Learning.  Follow instructions below for New, Re-Entry and Current Students:



New Students

Complete
an on-line application. There is a one-time application fee of $25 that must be paid with credit card when you submit your application. You must identify one of the following Program Majors on your on-line application:  Associate Degree, ECE Certificate, CDA, School-Age Specialized Diploma, Director's Specialized Diploma.




Re-Entry Students

Submit a Re-Entry Form to the Records Office (no additional fee needed). 





Current Students

If you are enrolled in a Major other than the Program you are now entering, you must complete and submit a Change of Major for Restricted Programs form.





Step 2:

  If you are an Associate Degree or Early Childhood Certificate Major, and are applying for Financial Aid, you must first complete and click FUNDING to apply.  A Financial Aid Award Letter takes a minimum of 6-8 weeks for notification.


PA Residents Only
: Apply for T.E.A.C.H.

Step 3: Current students should register on Spartan Net using your Spartan Net ID and Password. New students should access, print, and complete a Credit Registration Form, then fax the form to the Admissions Fax (610)861-4560.  You may put more than 1 course in the same semester on the Credit Registration Form.  If you are registering for courses offered in different semesters, you must complete one Credit Registration Form for each semester. 


Step 4:
Pay your Tuition Bill.
 

Step 5: Buy Books On-line.
