In 20 credits, students graduating with a real estate diploma will be sufficiently prepared to take the state licensure exam that will entitle them to sell real estate as a salesperson or broker within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In fact, the College offers a non-credit license review course to prepare candidates to take the state's licensure exam.

NCC's real estate program is approved by the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission and has graduated many of the real estate agents serving the region.
