The Honors program is designed to provide an enriched educational environment for the growing number of high-achieving students who are choosing to complete their first two years of college at NCC before going on to pursue advanced degrees.

Students who successfully complete NCC's honors program will have the opportunity to transfer to Dickinson College with an academic scholarship of up to $15,000- plus other grants and financial aid to meet their financial needs fully. View more information about this agreement.

  • College students who have earned at least a 3.5 grade point average after twelve credits of college work may also enroll.
  • Students who do not meet those criteria, but who present a letter of recommendation from a faculty member, counselor or another person knowledgeable about their academic record will also be considered.

The Honors Program may be completed in conjunction with any major. Participants will be able to select from a variety of honors courses that are part of the general education core.
