Apply for On Campus Housing
Stick Around
Northampton is one of only a few community colleges that provides on-campus housing for students. In fact, the college provides two different housing options: apartment complex or residence halls. These facilities give you the convenience of living on campus, with ample studying, socializing, eating and parking facilities.
Apartment Complex
Twelve non-smoking, comfortably furnished apartments with four or more same sex students per apartment. Each apartment is equipped with central air-conditioning, basic cable, internet access, 3 individual phone lines with voice mail/Caller ID, a furnished living room, dinette area, kitchen facility, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Laundry facilities are available in the Residence Hall next door. Preference is given to upper class students. Apartment space is limited. Most on campus students are assigned to the residence hall.
Safety
Residence Hall rooms and public areas are equipped with smoke detectors and sprinklers. Surveillance cameras monitor interior public areas and exterior parking lot. A security access card is required to gain entrance to the lobby and residence hall.
