MONROE CAMPUS, TANNERSVILLE
Art in Schools Program: This Spring, NCC Monroe students are collecting art supplies to donate to Morey Elementary School in Stroudsburg. There goal is to provide supply packs to each child, K-2 Grade, and to keep the future of our children colorful. Monroe Campus, Main Lobby
Students will be conducting an Art Supply Drive, Monroe Campus, Lobby on March 23, Thursday from 10am-2pm. In addition, donated art supplies may be placed in collection bins located in the Main Lobby Area. See our glass case lobby display for details.
WalkAmerica, March of Dimes: In April, both Bethlehem and Monroe Campuses will participate with walking teams to help fight against premature births. For information or to register for either campus team - www.walkamerica.com
Walks will take place:
April 29th, Saturday, 9am - Northampton Community College, Bethlehem
April 30th, Sunday, 9am - East Stroudsburg University, Stadium

United Way Day of Caring
September 2005: Almost two dozen NCC students, alumni, faculty and staff from the Main and Monroe Campuses particpated in the 2005 Day of Caring at the Salvation Army of Monroe County. Volunteers painted 3 townhouse shelter homes, stairs, handicap curbs, and more for the Salvation Army, East Stroudsburg in Monroe County.
MAIN CAMPUS, BETHLEHEM
Trinity Arc Soup Kitchen: NCC students, faculty and staff volunteer their time and culinary talents at the Trinity ARK Soup Kitchen in Easton the first Saturday of each month. Meals are prepared for 80-90 people and consist of delicious items such as lasagna, meat loaf, ham and even sushi!!
Holiday Hope Chests: Holiday Hope Chests is a national project the Volunteer Center of the Lehigh Valley adopted to help children living in the Lehigh Valley. The collection effort was simple and brought joy to countless children. Since 2003, NCC has collected over 800 Chests (shoeboxes) that were distributed to Lehigh Valley agencies serving families and children.
