I would like to thank you for your support and interest in our service learning program here at Northampton Community College. You have provided a unique and exciting educational opportunity for our students.
Your service learner(s) will be providing you with two forms: a site confirmation form, to be completed by you and the student and returned to me as soon as possible; an agency evaluation form to be completed by you at the end of the semester and returned to me at that time.
