TLTR PROPOSAL INFORMATION 2008/2009

This document contains information to assist you in filling out the official TLTR Application form.

New this season: Requests for new SmartRooms or SmartCarts and requests for TurningPoint Audience Response System kits should be made using the new Request Forms for these “standard” technologies. The form documents are TLTR Smart Request 08-09 and TLTR Clicker Request 08-09, respectively. The approval/submission process is the same as that of a standard TLTR Proposal, but it is not necessary to complete/submit a standard TLTR Proposal form for these requests.

1. If you are proposing changes to multiple rooms, please create a separate proposal for each room. If you require some assistance in determining your needs, please do not hesitate to contact Computer Services.

2. For your convenience, ‘standard pricing’ for common TLTR items is included in this document. Use these figures in assembling your budget. More accurate budgetary figures will be produced throughout the TLTR process after your proposal is submitted. If you have any other pricing questions, please do not hesitate to contact Computer Services for assistance. Please ensure that Computer Services reviews your proposal pricing before submitting.

3. Before submission, your proposal must be reviewed by your academic cluster. Also, be aware that your dean must digitally ‘sign’ your proposal by typing their name into the appropriate field in the proposal form. Once returned to you signed, it can be submitted.
