TLTR PROPOSAL INFORMATION 2007/2008
This document contains information to assist you in filling out the official TLTR Application form.
1. If you are proposing changes to multiple rooms, please create a separate proposal for each room. The sum of your proposals should be over $15,000 to be considered for TLTR review. If you require some assistance in determining your needs, please do not hesitate to contact Computer Services.
2. For your convenience, ‘standard pricing’ for common TLTR items is included in this document. Use these figures in assembling your budget. More accurate budgetary figures will be produced throughout the TLTR process after your proposal is submitted. If you have any other pricing questions, please do not hesitate to contact a member of Computer Services for assistance. Please ensure that Computer Services reviews your proposal pricing before submitting.
3. Please ensure that your appropriate cluster has reviewed your proposal before submission. Also, be aware that your dean must digitally ‘sign’ your proposal by typing their name into the appropriate field in the proposal form. Once returned to you signed, it can be submitted.
