To all TLTR project proposers

To all TLTR project proposers:

Similar to last year, you will find current information & forms pertaining to TLTR proposals for ‘08/09 available in digital format on the “G” drive at G:\TLTR\08_09. Please copy any documents that you need to your local drive. Request or Proposal Forms should be completed using MSWord by filling in the grey input areas throughout the form. When complete, save the form-file and send via e-mail thru appropriate approval/submission channel.

New this season…

“SMART” & “Clicker” Requests

Requests for new SmartRooms or SmartCarts and requests for TurningPoint Audience Response System kits should be made using the new Request Forms for these “standard” technologies. The form documents are TLTR Smart Request 08-09 and TLTR Clicker Request 08-09, respectively. The approval/submission process is the same as that of a standard TLTR Proposal, but it is not necessary to complete/submit a standard TLTR Proposal form for these requests.

Computer Lab Upgrades

Existing computer labs in need of general upgrade/refurbishment because of outdated equipment will be adopted/proposed by Computer Services. No TLTR Proposal from academic personnel is required for these facilities unless specific changes or new technology/design are desired.
