Summer 2008 Request For Consideration For Financial Aid Forms Summer 2008 Request For Consideration For Financial Aid forms are now available in the Financial Aid Office on the Main Campus and the Enrollment Office at the Monroe Campus as well as from the NCC Summer Aid Web page.
2008/2009 Pennsylvania State Grant Application Deadline - May 1, 2008
The 2008/2009 Pennsylvania State grant application deadline is May 1, 2008 (for most majors). Pennsylvania residents must submit the 2008/2009 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form by May 1, 2008 in order to be considered for a 2008/2009 Pennsylvania State grant.
2008/2009 Financial Aid Priority Application Deadline - March 31, 2008
Northampton Community College's 2008/2009 financial aid priority application deadline is March 31, 2008. Students interested in obtaining financial aid before the Fall 2008 semester tuition due date should submit the 2008/2009 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and 2008/2009 Northampton Community College Financial Aid Information forms by March 31, 2008.
Students may still apply for financial aid after the priority application deadline. However, these applicants must be prepared to pay their Fall 2008 semester tuition bill in full or enroll in the tuition payment plan offered by NCC by the Fall 2008 semester tuition due date of August 5, 2008. Students who pay their Fall 2008 semester tuition bill in full and are subsequently awarded financial aid will receive the amount of their aid as a financial aid refund. If you receive a financial aid Award Letter from NCC, any financial aid amounts (except Work/Study) for the semester which are listed as "pending" or "applied" should be subtracted from the total balance due on your bill. If your total bill is greater than the amount of your financial aid, you must pay your remaining balance due or enroll in the tuition payment plan offered by NCC by the Fall 2008 semester tuition due date. If your enrollment status or program of study changes prior to the end of the Fall 2008 semester tuition refund period, adjustments may have to be made to your financial aid at that time.
Spring 2008 Student Financial Aid Refunds Financial aid refunds for the Spring 2008 semester will be available starting on February 21, 2008. All refunds will be processed through the NCC Plus Card. If you have questions regarding your NCC Plus Card, please contact the NCC Bursar's Office at 610-861-5407.
