Northampton Community College processes completed financial aid applications chronologically on a first-applied / first-served basis. Students who have their financial aid application completed by the Northampton Community College Fall semester priority deadline of March 31st or the Spring semester priority deadline of October 1st will be notified of their eligibility for financial aid before the tuition due date for the applicable semester.
Students may apply for financial aid after the priority deadlines. However, these students should be prepared to pay their respective Fall or Spring semester bill in full by the due date or enroll in the NCC Tuition Management System (TMS) plan. Please note that students who receive a financial aid award after paying their bill will receive the award via a refund from NCC.
Students can check if their financial aid application is complete or if any documents are still needed by checking their financial aid information on Spartan Net.
