Twelve graduates of NCC's culinary program returned on March 27 for the spring 2017 Robert C. Wood Chef-in-Residence cooking demonstration and reception.

Best-selling author and environmental activist Bill McKibben will present "Reflections on the Climate Fight" on Wednesday, April 19, at 7:30 p.m. at the Spartan Center at the Bethlehem Campus. The event will be live-streamed to the Monroe Campus to Keystone Hall, Room 202.

These students from NCC spent spring break on a service learning trip to Puerto Rico.

Northampton Community College's chapters of Phi Theta Kappa received several recognition awards at the Phi Theta Kappa Middle States Regional Convention.

In just 12-weeks, you can be earning $54,000 per year (data source:  U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics) as a lineworker. You don't have to scale tall buildings in a single bound, but you do need to climb tall poles, hoist heavy cross bars, and use hand tools that look like they belong to Paul Bunyan. The work is strenuous, but the pay is good.

The grant will be used to send students, faculty and staff to Columbia to study sustainable food production methods in use there, and to share models that are being used in NCC's East 40 Community Garden.
