Cafeteria Hours: Monday - Thursday - 7:30 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Friday - 7:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Cafe a la cart, located in the Spartan Center,
Hours: Monday - Friday - 7:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

Lunch
Monday:  
Chicken orzo soup, chicken cordon bleu with potatoes and veggies, chicken taco salad, double cheeseburger with small fries, nacho bar with toppings, hot dog with toppings.

Tuesday:  Broccoli cheddar soup, chicken kebobs with rice and veggie, chimichanga with chips and salsa, double cheeseburger with small fries, nacho bar with toppings, hot dog with toppings. 

Wednesday:  Chicken tchoupitoula soup, fresh mozzarella and spinach topped chicken breast with sides, taco salad*, double cheeseburger with small fries, nacho bar with toppings, hot dog with toppings. 

Thursday:  Wedding soup, shrimp-sausage paella with veggies, chicken cheese enchilada with chips and salsa, double cheeseburger with small fries, nacho bar with toppings, hot dog with toppings. 

Friday:  Manhattan clam chowder, artichoke stuffed flank steak with potatoes and veggie, taco salad*, double cheeseburger with small fries, hot dog with toppings. 

Dinner
Monday: 
Salad bowl and beverage bar with cakes and pies, nacho bar with toppings, pasta with choice of sauces, garlic bread and veggie, chicken taco salad*.

Tuesday:  Salad bowl and beverage bar with cakes and pies, nacho bar with toppings, beef lasagna with garlic stick and veggie, chimichanga.

Wednesday:  Salad bowl and beverage bar with cakes and pies, nacho bar with toppings, roasted turkey with filing and gravy, taco salad*.

Thursday: NO DINNER 

*Tempeh available as the protein.
