Commuting Student Insurance - Voluntary Plan

Domestic students who commute are offered the domestic policy on a voluntary basis.  See the brochure below for complete information.  Students wishing to enroll in the plan can print and fill out the enrollment form and mail it in with payment as directed. 

Dependants can also be enrolled as indicated on the form as long as the student is enrolled in the same insurance plan.
