Welcome to Northampton Community College.
 
As you may have already heard, the NCC Plus Card is how all credit refunds are processed at Northampton. 

All NCC credit program students are required to activate a refund preference in order to receive any type of tuition or financial aid refund.  Even if you don't think you will receive a refund or want the debit account while a student at Northampton, things change.  Activate your preference and keep the card in a safe place.

Before you register for classes make sure your address with NCC is correct.  Online address update is available through Spartan Net.  You can also visit the Main Campus Records Office or Monroe Campus Enrollment Office or complete and submit the Change of Student Information form.  Remember to keep your address information updated with both NCC and at www.NCCPlusCard.com.  Cards are not forwarded by the postal service.  Cards returned due to incorrect address are destroyed.  Students may be subject to a replacement card fee.

Don't throw your card away!
Even if you don't want to activate the OneAccount debit card or don't expect a refund at this time, activate another refund preference of your choice as soon as you get your card and keep the card in a safe place.  Things may change in the future.  Students may be subject to a replacement card fee.
   
When will you get a card?  Cards are mailed to new students after their first semester bill is satisfied through full payment, financial aid, payment plan or a combination of payment methods.

Didn't receive your new card? Go to Where's My Card? to see if a card was mailed to you. 

Card not received, lost, stolen or thrown away? You will need to report the card lost and order a new card.  



HOW TO ORDER A NEW CARD

ACTIVE ACCOUNT HOLDERS - If you have already completed your initial login and activated a refund preference, order your card by logging into your account and selecting Report Card Lost/Stolen;

(Hours of Operation M-F 8am-8pm ET)

Automated Services Line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week


INACTIVE ACCOUNT HOLDERS - If you have not completed your initial login and activated a refund preference, choose one of the following:

Correct mailing address If your mailing address with NCC is correct contact Higher One Support at 1-800-814-9305 (Hours of Operation M-F 8am-8pm ET)

Automated Services Line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Wrong mailing address If your address with NCC is incorrect, please complete the Change of Student Information form and check the box to order a new card.
