Mission Statement

The Bursar's Office is responsible for the accurate assessment, billing and collection of student tuition and fees; disbursement of financial aid and refunds; and the deposit and recording of all funds received by the College, while complying with federal and state regulations and Fair Debt Collection Practices. We effectively communicate customer rights and responsibilities, educate students and families on the options available to meet their educational expenses, and safeguard customer assets and information entrusted to us. We provide efficient  and customer-friendly service and respond to customer needs with courtesy and respect regardless of their financial situation. We continually improve processes through innovation and technology to exceed customer expectations.
