Media Services

Media Services, through the Support Center, also provides video and audio tape duplication services. Three weeks lead-time is required for tape duplication. No materials can be duplicated without proof of licensing authorization. It is the instructor's responsibility to provide the copyright clearance documentation to Olga Conneen in the Library. Her extension is x5358. Once filed, please bring your master tape to the Support Center and fill out the duplication request form. Your request will be processed in the order received.


Inoperative A/V and computer equipment such as PCs,LCDprojectors, slide projectors, TV's, VCRs, and overhead projectors should be reported to the NCC Computer Support Center, ext. 5413, or email helpdesk@northampton.edu . Please note the problem and lamp code, if applicable.

LCD projectors, laptop computers, digital still cameras, and video cameras are
available from Computer Services / Media Services for signout. Contact the NCC
Computer Support Center, ext. 5413, or email helpdesk@northampton.edu to
reserve equipment. The equipment is not to be signed out for personal use
outside of NCC related work.
