The Support Center is the central point for all technological support on campus. The number is x5413 on campus or 610-861-5413 from off campus. Alternatively, you may email helpdesk@northampton.edu.
All requests for assistance with administrative or lab computers, both PC and Macintosh, are handled by the Support Center.
All A/V requests should be submitted to the Support Center,with the following exceptions: (When in doubt, just call the Support Center and ask.) ™ Temporary TV/VCRs, Overhead Transparency Projectors, Easels, and Portable screens, should be requested from the Physical Plant office if your classroom is not equipped with what you need. Contact tbldg@northampton.edu , x5301, FAX 610-866-1090, or inter-office mail at least two working days before the equipment is required. ™ Slide Projectors and Cassette Players are signed out from the Library Circulation Desk, at x5360. Any equipment checked out from the library must be returned by 10 P.M. on the same day.
Student Work Studies. Who are they? The student mentor position was created to give students an opportunity to gain real world experience in the computer field. When a problem is reported, the student mentors are the first line of support. You probably see these students quite often in the hallways yet, you most likely do not know who they are.
