Applying to Be a Tutor

The foundation of the tutorial program at NCC is the quality of our tutors: We are always looking for the best peer and professional tutors. Our tutors work closely with the faculty to help students succeed and become independent learners. We offer a complete and rigorous tutor training program certified by the College Reading and Learning Association (CRLA) as well as other professional development opportunities.

Students or professionals interested in becoming tutors should request and complete the Learning Center Application available at the front desk, by calling 610-861-5517, or contacting the LC secretary Terry Brindisi at tbrindisi@northampton.edu.
