The CCN Job Posting Procedures document will take you through the steps of registering with CCN and posting a position on CCN.
Job Postings
Filling your employment needs is easy when you post them at www.collegecentral.com/northampton. In addition to posting your part-time, full-time, internship, and temporary positions, you can search résumés of NCC students and alumni. We work closely with faculty to ensure that your positions are advertised to qualified students.
Internships
"Interns - Developing and Maintaining a World Class Program" is a manual that provides a 'tool kit' for developing a world class internship program that addresses these and other concerns.

Work Based Experiences
Northampton Community College has a commitment to help students apply their skills and interests and explore potential career fields and work situations. You can help by sponsoring an externship, internship and/or job shadowing experience. The arrangements are flexible and can be adapted to fit your work setting and schedule.
On Campus Recruiting
Northampton offers you the opportunity to come on campus to recruit students for current job opportunities. Contact Career Services to schedule a recruitment date.
Individual Interviews
After supplying us with a job description and required qualifications, we will collect résumés from qualified students and alumni and schedule individual interviews for you on campus.
If you prefer to pre-select candidates we will forward the résumés to you in advance, so that you may select those individuals you would like to interview.
Job Fairs
NCC along with other greater Lehigh Valley colleges and universities organizes the annual Lehigh Valley Collegiate Career Expo. This event has traditionally attracted more than 800 students and recent graduates seeking internship opportunities, volunteer experiences, part-time or full-time employment.
Our annual Health Careers Job Fair is held each year on the NCC Main Campus. Come meet Northampton students and potential graduates in a variety of health and medical related majors. Contact Career Services to reserve your table.
NCC holds a Fall Job Fair at our Main Campus in Bethlehem and Spring Job Fairs at both our Monroe Campus in Tannersville and Main Campus in Bethlehem.
