Applications

Program, Application, Registration, and Rate information can be obtained from the Scheduling Assistant at the Front Desk in Reibman Hall or at the main desk at the Monroe Campus or online (Click Here). All applications must be submitted to the Bursar's office with a non-refundable $25.00 application fee for each child. We recommend that families contact the center coordinators to schedule a tour of the center.

A separate application must be completed for each child. Applications for unborn children and families adopting a child are accepted with a due date and/or anticipated date for care.

Enrollment Process and Intake

When an offer of enrollment is accepted the Center Coordinator will call you to schedule an intake appointment. At this time all necessary paperwork will be completed, children will also have the opportunity to visit their classroom and meet their teachers. All paperwork must be completed at least a week before your child's start date.

If the days and hours you request for child care are not available, you will receive a letter directing you to contact the scheduling department if you wish to be placed on the waiting list. In order to remain on the waiting list, you must complete a new Registration Form for each subsequent semester. Submit new Registration Forms to the scheduling department by November 15th for consideration for the spring semester or by April 15th for consideration for summer or fall placement.

We offer full and part-time care. Part-time care must be a minimum of six scheduled hours per week over 2 days. Children must be enrolled for at least 2 consecutive hours.
