The Learning Connection is a series of professional and management development programs designed to strengthen your workforce and increase performance, productivity and motivation. The Learning Connection programs provide high quality training consistent with the leadership concepts and philosophies taught in Xploring, in a small group setting for participants from a variety of organizations. During the programs, course instructors act as facilitators, creating a classroom environment that encourages open dialogue among participants, enhancing the learning experience. While these programs can be delivered on-site at your facility, they are also scheduled on a regular basis throughout the calendar year at our campus location on an open enrollment basis.
