A Yearlong Expedition Into the New Leadership Frontier
A planned journey of education, dialogue and consulting, Xploring takes senior leaders and strategic decision makers on a path to peak performance.
Following a highly researched approach to leadership studies, Xploring members will participate in a variety of learning experiences. Leadership forums offer an invaluable opportunity to network and share ideas, experimental case studies spotlight the real world lessons that shape the strategy of top business leaders and one day sessions afford targeted training exercises and feedback on the myriad of challenge's facing today's corporate executives. |

Xploring participants meet every four to seven weeks. Each of the topics are designed to build upon one another. The length of the program allows participants to apply the knowledge learned and discuss during the next class session. The culmination of the program involves a unique experiential case study at the Battle of Gettysburg, where leaders study the strategic decisions made during the battle and the lasting impact they left behind.
All sessions, other than Gettysburg, take place at NCC's Fowler Family Southside Center, 511 E. Third St, Bethlehem. Designed with the adult learner in mind, the facility provides for ample parking, a newly renovated building and a state-of-the-art seminar room, providing an environment conducive to learning.
