BLS for Healthcare Providers This course is designed to teach the skills of CPR for victims of all ages, use of an automated external defibrillator (AED), and relief of foreign body airway obstruction (FBAO). Course instruction includes ventilation with a barrier device and bag-mask device. It is intended for participants who provide health care to patients in a wide variety of settings, including in-hospital and out-of-hospital settings. CEUs: 0.8 |

BLS for Healthcare Providers - Renewal This session is open to those currently certified in basic life support for healthcare providers and want to renew their certification. Includes a review and update of techniques and skills of CPR for victims of all ages, use of ventilation and barrier devices, use of an automated external defibrillator (AED), and relief of foreign body airway obstruction (FBAO). It is intended for participants who provide health care to patients in a wide variety of settings with demonstrations and a written test on CPR/AED. | Registration Information |
| Participants may register for courses online by clicking here, in-person at the Student Enrollment Center at the Main Campus in Bethlehem, and with a credit card via telephone at 1-877-543-0998. Companies may also register their employees with a billing option. Please complete the registration form and send with a cover memo on company letterhead requesting that the company be billed for the courses. The memo should also include the student's name and course code along with contact information for the company and person completing the form. Finally, FAX the completed forms to 610-861-5551. |
