NON-CREDIT COURSES Food Service Sanitation The Serving Safe Food Certification Course, complied by the Educational Foundation of the National Restaurant Association, is one of the most complete food safety training courses available in the food service industry. Topics include receiving, storing and preparing food safely; holding, serving and reheating food; applying knowledge and conducting employee training. | Registration Information |
Participants may register for courses online by clicking here, in-person at the Student Enrollment Center at the Main Campus in Bethlehem, and with a credit card via telephone at 1-877-543-0998. Companies may also register their employees with a billing option. Please complete the registration form and send with a cover memo on company letterhead requesting that the company be billed for the courses. The memo should also include the student's name and course code along with contact information for the company and person completing the form. Finally, FAX the completed forms to 610-861-5551.

CREDIT COURSES |
NUTR105 Introduction to Nutrition Designed to introduce the student to the fundamentals of nutrition related to health promotion and disease prevention throughout the life cycle. Topics include metabolism of carbohydrate, protein, lipid, vitamins, minerals, food and nutrition across the life span from pregnancy and fetal growth to old age.
