PA State Fire Academy Local Level Course Application
Agencies interested in obtaining training should complete the PA State Fire Academy Local Level Course Application form.  The completed application should be returned to the Corporate & Public Safety Department at least six weeks prior to the anticipated course start date.  Please click here to download a pdf copy of the application.


Service Agreement to Provide Course with Attendance Below Minimum Form
In order for a host agency to qualify for tuition free instruction, a minimum number of students must be enrolled in the requested course.  If student count minimums have not been met, host agencies can elect to "buy out" any unfilled vacancies.  This decision must be made seven days prior to the course start date.  Agency financial responsibility will be calculated up to the class minimum.  Fees vary by course.  Final costs will be indicated on the form.  Please click here to view or download a pdf copy of the form.
