Registration

Online Registration

Non-credit registrations are accepted online with a credit card at the College's Web site. To register online, please click here.

In Person Registration
In-person registration is available during normal office hours in the Enrollment Center at Northampton Community College.

Mail or FAX
Mail and faxed registrations are also accepted. 

For mail in registrations:
1. Download the Registration Form as a PDF file.*
2. Print file
3. Mail with payment to the NCC records office at:

To fax registrations:
1. Download the PDF Registration Form file.
2. Complete Registration Form for each employee.
3. Create a cover memo on company letterhead requesting that the company be billed for the courses. The memo should also include the student's name and course code along with contact information for the company and person completing the form.
4. FAX completed form(s) and letter to 610-861-5551.

Telephone Registration
In addition, you may also register by telephone with a credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards. Simply call us toll-free at 1-877-543-0998 between 8AM-7PM Monday through Thursday and 8AM-5PM on Fridays.

We encourage early registration: classes with inadequate enrollment may be cancelled eight days prior to the class start date.

If you choose to register less than a week prior to the course's start date, we recommend that you contact our Information Center at 1-877-543-0998 to confirm course status. Questions about registration should also be directed to the information center.
