Withdrawal Policy
A student who misses more than three consecutive days or five days total without a valid excuse (i.e. illness, death in the student’s immediate family, etc.) may, on the recommendation of the instructor(s) and the approval of the Director, be withdrawn from the program.  The amount of time missed due to arriving late or leaving early may also be added to determine total days missed.  Students recommended for withdrawal from the program will be notified and given one week to appeal to the Director.  The Director may discuss the situation with the student's instructor(s).  The Director will make the final decision regarding withdrawal.

Refund Policy
The College has an established refund policy for truck driving program students who withdraw from courses before the end of the program. Billable fees related to your physical and drug screen are non-refundable. Students who withdraw from their classes before the course begins or before the end of the first week of classes will receive a 100% tuition refund if all books and supplies are returned in like new condition. Charges for students who withdraw or are terminated after the first week of classes, but on or before the 60% point in time in the enrollment period, will be prorated based on the number of clock hours completed. No tuition refund will be approved for students who withdraw or are terminated after the 60% point in the enrollment period.
