RV Driver's Education Course ImageRecreational Vehicle Driver Education

Would you like to drive your RV with more confidence?  If you answered yes, this course is for you. Be better prepared to handle the road by becoming aware of what is going on around your vehicle. You will attend a classroom session that will teach you the theory of safe driving. This portion includes plenty of time for specific questions you may have. Next, you will be assigned times for hands on training. You will practice backing skills and driving your RV on a variety of roads. You will drive away knowing it was well worth your time. 

Classroom (2½ hours):
8:00AM – 10:30AM

Maintaining Space
Intersections And Turns
Blind Spots

Backing Skills (1½ hours):
Times to be assigned based on enrollment.

Main Topics:
Straight Line Backing
45-Degree Backing
Parallel Parking
Serpentine Backing

Driving Skills (1½ hours):
Times to be assigned based on enrollment.

Setting Up For Turns
Looking Ahead
Road Signs
Maintaining Space

Fee: $220 per person
