  • Wide variety of programming: academic support, skill building, enrichment, and fun classes  
  • Parent/Child classes - each registration admits 1 adult & child pair. Register in child's name
  • Programming for Infants, Toddlers, & Preschoolers handled by Early Childhood Department. Call Erin at 610-861-4561 or Karen Klein at 610-861-4542 for programs at Main Campus in Bethlehem. Call Faye Freer at 570-688-2489 for programs at the Monroe Campus in Tannersville. 

Horizons for Youth
    Main Campus 
         Summer

  • Exciting hands-on programming, nearly 350 courses
    • Discovering Horizons -- grades K-1
    • Developing Horizons -- grades 2-3
    • Enriching Horizons -- grades 4-5
    • Expanding Horizons -- grades 6-9
  • 1 or 2 week classes scheduled over a nine-week period
  • Most classes run Monday-Thursday 9-12
  • Sports classes 9-10:30 and 10:45-12:15. For all-morning coverage, you must pick 2 classes back to back.
  • Combine classes with Camp Northampton for full day childcare
  • Afternoon classes for kids 11-15
  • All day special workshops
  • Last Blast Trip Week and Camp Northampton

    Monroe Campus
        Summer

  • Exciting, hands on programming, over 200 courses
    • Developing Horizons - -grades K-2
    • Enriching Horizons - - grades 3-5
    • Expanding Horizons - - grades 6-9
  • Located at Pocono Mountain West High School, Pocono Summit
  • Classes are offered 9-Noon and 1-4PM, Mondays through Thursdays
  • Most classes are one week long over an 8 week period
  • SAT Prep classes and Biotechnology Camp for High school grades
  • Wrap around Camp Monroe childcare can extend the day from 7AM-6PM Monday through Friday
  • Flexible scheduling: students can attend anywhere from 1-11 weeks
  • 3 weeks of special programming
    • 2 weeks Camp Monroe on the Road at PEEC (Pocono Environmental Education Center)
    • 1 week “Last Blast” (5 daytime field trips)

    Fowler Family Southside Center

        Summer

  • Exciting hands-on programming
    • Grades 1-3
    • Grades 4-7
  • 1 or 2 week classes scheduled over a nine-week period 
  • Morning Classes run Mon-Fri 9AM-Noon-All students must enroll in a morning class 
  • Afternoon Classes run Mon-Fri 1-4 PM-Grades 4-7 only
  • Grades 1-3 - Combine morning class with Camp Southside for full day childcare 
  • Grades 4-7 - Combine morning class with an afternoon class, plus Early Bird Care, Lunch Hour, and Late Owl Care for a full day childcare
