The Center for Community, Equity, and Inclusion (CCEI) is dedicated to cultivating a campus community where every student, faculty, and staff member feels welcome, supported, and valued. Through the engagement of our internal NCC community and the outward community in which we live, we aim to work towards continuing to be a College of the Community!

We strive to create an environment where differences are celebrated, and every member can thrive. Through education, advocacy, and programming, we commit to providing resources and support services that will help our community members become the best version of themselves.
