Room Prices for Fall 2026 and Spring 2027
The prices below indicate the cost per semester for a room on campus during 2025-2026 academic year. Meal plans are required for all students living in the Residence Hall Commons. For meal plan pricing and more information, please refer the next section on this page.
- Residence Hall Double Room: $3,200 per semester
- Residence Hall Single Room: $3,800 per semester
- Apartment Double Room: $4,000 per semester

- 19 Swipe Meal Plan with $200 Flex: $2,204 per semester
- 14 Swipe Meal Plan with $200 Flex: $2,045 per semester
Apartment Meal Plans
- 75 Swipe Meal Plan: $1,045 per semester
- $550 Flex Meal Plan: $550 per semester
