The prices below indicate the cost per semester for a room on campus during 2026-2027 academic year. Meal plans are required for all students living in the Residence Hall Commons. For meal plan pricing and more information, please refer the next section on this page.
- Residence Hall Double Room: $2,252 per semester
- Residence Hall Single Room: $2,613 per semester
- Apartment Double Room: $2,750 per semester

- Meal Plan 14-Swipe with $200 Flex Dollars: $1,406 per semester

Apartment Meal Plans
- 550 Flex: $550 per semester
- 75 Swipes: $1,015 per semester
