The Northampton Community College Department of Public Safety is under the leadership of the Chief of Public Safety, who reports to the Vice President of Student Affairs. He is supported by the Assistant Chief of Public Safety. The department is open and staffed 24 hours a day/7 days a week at the Bethlehem Campus, and during normal operational hours at the Monroe and Fowler campuses. The department is staffed by ten full-time officers, fifteen part-time officers, a Training & Equipment Coordinator, an administrative assistant and two part-time dispatchers. Our officers patrol all campuses day and night by foot and car, covering over 27 buildings, including student housing, spread out over 270 acres.
