Students who have an assigned Academic Advisor or Success Navigator should attempt to connect with their assigned individual. To find if they have an assigned advisor, students can log into their MyNCC account and click on the “My Academic Info” icon. They will find contact information for the advisor on this screen.

If students do not have an assigned advisor or can’t get in contact with their assigned individual, then they can request remote advisement through the Advising Office.

Walk-in advisement is also available on-site at the Bethlehem Campus Student Enrollment Center and Monroe Campus Keystone Hall 103 during the following times.
- Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Wednesdays, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Fridays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
