Room Prices for Fall 2022 & Spring 2023
The prices below indicate the cost per semester for a room on campus during 2022-2023 academic year. Meal plans are required for all students living in the Residence Hall Commons. For meal plan pricing and more information, please refer the next section on this page.
- Residence Hall Double Room: $2,950.00 per semester
- Residence Hall Single Room: $3,450.00 per semester
- Residence Hall Deluxe Single Room: $3,700.00 per semester
- Apartment Double Room: $3,375.00 per semester

- 19 Swipe Meal Plan with $200 Flex: $1,912 per semester
- 14 Swipe Meal Plan with $200 Flex: $1,776 per semester
Apartment Meal Plans
- 75 Swipe Meal Plan: $965 per semester
- $550 Flex Meal Plan: $550 per semester
