Will Daskal

Will Daskal is a energetic, highly motivational, multi-award-winning fine artist living in the Poconos teaching adult evening acrylic, oil and watercolor classes at the NCC Monroe Campus since the summer of 2017. For ten years, he taught adult day art courses to the inmates in the Monroe County Correctional Facility, as well as adult day and evening art classes for the Pocono Arts Council's ARTSPACE Gallery. Will loves to lecture and demonstrate at art clubs and area painting workshops, sharing his painting tips and secrets with eager students, as he teaches them the "Thrill of Painting". His award-winning paintings have been exhibited in numerous galleries, museums and art venues throughout the Lehigh Valley and the Pocono region. Additionally, his work has been featured BRC-TV Channel 13's Evening News, ViaMedia's Art in the Valley, BRC-TV Channel 13's Talk of the Town with Kim & Marie, and Out in the Open with Alex & JoAnn Zidock. Will's paintings are highly collectable and are held in private and corporate collections in the United States, Canada and Europe. Will simply loves to perform at club demonstrations, area painting workshops and always shares all his painting tips and secrets with his eager students, as he teaches them the "Thrill of Painting".

Will takes great pride and pleasure in being able to pass on his technical knowledge to his many eager, receptive students. He is an outdoorsman-conservationist who draws upon his life-long bucolic experiences to show that painting can be a rich and dramatic vehicle for expressing his love for all things natural. Will envisions artistic inspiration everywhere he travels, painting simply for sheer enjoyment and spiritual gratification. His artistic creativity is predicated upon a primal energy that flows within him. The natural world is beautiful and filled with exciting possibilities, and he feels infinitely blessed to be able to observe and explore so much or it through his art.   His current work may be viewed on his website at http://www.WillDaskal.com.
