Northampton Community College continues to closely monitor the evolving situation related to the coronavirus (COVID-19) in order to evaluate the outbreak’s impact on our campus. Our first priority remains the health, safety and security of our students, faculty, staff and community as we evaluate our plans. If you come to campus this semester, you can expect enhanced cleaning and sanitizing, social distancing and spacing in classrooms and common areas, grab-and-go food options, and no access to the general public.
The college will continue to offer classes in a variety of flexible formats to give students more control of their learning, while placing an emphasis on health and safety practices.
NCC continues to monitor the spread of Covid-19 and works closesly with local and state agencies. The college follows guidance issued by the Governor or PA Department of Education.
Coming to Campus? Complete the NCC Health Check before arriving on campus. Faculty, staff and students must complete the NCC Health Check prior to visiting campus. If you plan to come to campus you should complete the Health Check before noon on the day you plan to be on campus. This is especially important if you are attending an evening class so that concerns can be resolved with our Health Center prior to arrival and prior to the center’s daily closing.
Contact Tracing is the public health investigation that is initiated when an individual reports COVID-19 symptoms or positive COVID test results to a qualified health care professional. At NCC, contact tracing is conducted through the Health Center staff. View More Information.
