Course Details

This three-course, interactive workshop series will be held at our Fowler Family Southside Center in Bethlehem and is ideal for aspiring food truck owners and culinary entrepreneurs.

This first workshop equips aspiring food truck entrepreneurs with the foundational skills necessary to enter the mobile food industry. Through hands-on activities and strategic planning, students develop the core elements of a business concept, undersetand emerging industry trends, and learn the first legal and compliance steps required to launch.

This second workshop helps participants bring their food truck concept to life by translating their vision into design, branding, and operational planning. From truck layout and equipment needs to visual identity and customer experience, entrepreneurs explore how design and brand together create a functional and memorable mobile food business.
